I had earlier said that I rather stick to my in-dash CD plus 6-disc CD changer (all are MP3 capable, so total capacity is 7 MP3 CDs) than pay RM1,628 (RM1,465 + RM163 installation) for an iPod interface. However, having used an iPod interface in my friend's MINI for the past couple months, I am getting sorely tempted. I like the ease of transferring my music files for use in the car. I have an 80GB iPod and that's far more space than the 4.9GB capacity of 7 MP3 CDs.Now I find out that installing the iPod interface in my CD-changer equipped car will permanently disable the CD-changer. I can still use the in-dash CD player, but the 6-disc changer will be disabled.Anyone know if there is a workaround for this so I can retain use of the CD-changer?Thanks.
