I am not sure what year they switched to Bosch but mine was using Bosch when I got my car last year (not sure if they came with the car new). For a while I had 2 used Bremi coils along with 4 Bosch because 2 of them are acting up giving similar symptoms mentioned, eventually when 2 other failed I put a new set of 6 Bosch coils.
