I'm with Krish all the way...........been driving for more than 2.5 decades and probably circled the globe 3 times in terms of distance, so when I say I'm pissed off with driving attitudes today........I am really bloody pissed off! The rule is if you make a mistake you pay for it by going around one more time even if it means another 5km! And believe me when I say that I have 'been there and done that' at this particular junction...........practice what you believe and hold up to. Those were the days when I never had any use for my horn but these days I use it whenever I see an inconsiderate asshole driving like he's the only one who's paid his roadtax..........and these days its everytime I'm on the road! With due respect Bimmerholic.....'sliding in' is also not right because it will condition you to drive like that all the time. To give you an example; motorcyclists who run the red lights very often eventually will do it all the time without even realizing it. This I know because I've almost hit them on a few occasions and you can really see from their faces that they werent fully conscious of what they were doing! Today driving like idiots has become the norm as with bribery! This is what Malaysia has turned into! If you've driven in places like Perth like I did, for instance during a family holiday, you would realize upon returning and driving on our roads that Malaysians drive around like F1 drivers....where the hell is the fire! So one question comes to mind: If all Malaysians drive like F1 drivers, why then do we have a reputation for turning up late for functions??! (wedding dinners is a classic example!) Guys, since this post has come up, I'd like to propose (been on my mind for some time now) that BMWCM initiates a courteous-driving campaign possibly with a slogan 'Go back to basics, drive with courtesy' or something like that. Feasible? Lets prove that bimmer drivers can drive fast and yet be considerate and safe! Peace and drive safe!
