I think we should give BMW Malaysia due respect but at the same time we shd not let them hold back our plans. After all, we r supposed to have quite a fair amount of autonomy in that we r not funded by them, neither r our office bearers under their payroll.Nevertheless we r obligated in some ways to protect their brand & reputation, so ther4 we ned not go overboard in awaiting their absolute approval, so long as we have been mindful of their requirements.I'd suggest that our committee take a stance that our club shall wait no more than 7 working days & if there's no response, go ahead with what they have planned.
