but I think there are powder coating shop around here. Most of our electrical panels made for power station are powder coated painting and they are highly resistance to scratch.

Acid cleaning and grindings can be easily arranged.

.. even sand blast too is available locally and yes, powder coating too but all under the same facility, don't think so.. :(

Sand blasting is a specialize job. It is usually carried out at in-situ where rusty part are treated prior to painting.

Yes, under one roof for painting and sand blasting is uncommon in Malaysia.

yup, don't think there's any refurbisher with all these under one roof...

Based on the website, each rim would cost upward of £45 for 15" rims.. Over here, a simple refurbishment is aledi RM50-RM80 for the same size.. So it's actually pretty decent pricing for the job done... Too bad over here is still pretty primitive...

Thanks to Replicas!! and cheap skate customers like me!!

15" at £45, that's about RM225/rim, times 4, that's RM900 and you can get a set brand new rims liao! Many designs to choose from :D :D

My OEM 17" Type 158 had curb rash all over, similar to those u see in the above link.. and keep getting more.. thanks to the lady driver and the hopeless rounded edge of CSC2, which offer little protection to the rim. Gonna leave it as it is.

I think the price is quite good considering the level of workmanship. But as mentioned, we lack the one-stop facility to do all this haha. :D
