It does not interfere with the        alarm system, it requires you to key in a pin code , a tiny 2 button keypad is supplied. What it does is that every time the    Gear is moved from park to drive and every time the door is opened, the system will emit a reminder to key in the              password, failing which, it will emit another time, this time the driver has another few seconds before the engine is cut off. This is a security feature for he owner where the system allows the car to be driven off to a safe distance, far enough from    any danger that the robber might caused, AND the owner can safely retrieve the car after.</p></blockquote><p></p>
