I locked my wiv inside my E39 once using d key. Press the lock/unlock button. Nothing happens.

same goes to my car when i lock my self inside from the driver seat it does lock but the light at the gearbox does not goes off, and i still can unlock my self using the unlock button from the armrest, however tested to lock my self from the passanger seat at it did armed itself and not able to unlock my self using the unlock button
