If there is part to be changed, I will decide on the spot based on the visual inspection and recommendation from the workshop.Based on my personal experience with a workshop other than my regualr (Not Mpower) where I am forced to leave my car alone for repair due to an emergency breakdown and repair, I actaully experience that the mechanic have only hand tighten 10 bolts of my 2 wheels  when they changed the brakes pads. Now that is  what I will call negligence.</blockquote>
