I have seen debates went too wrong until User ID need to be blocked, thread closed, then the user register as new ID and open another thread.... and it goes on until user's IP need to be blocked.. just worrying for the moderator la... not my problem. There are proper channel for such complain... like the consumer association to set a trap for the trader, raid them, catch them red handed and officially seal the shop, black list the shop owner, fine them, jail them, put them on parole and whatever not.....
