IMHO, during adverse condition (i.e. hard driving and start-stop traffic), the engine suffer a lot of stress. Hence, I don't think the lub oil can last thru the 15,000km service interval. I notice recently after 7-9k, the oil level drop significantly (but not below the lowest level). So need to pay for the in-between service to ensure the turbo engine is well protected. By the way, finally I got my belt / tensioner pulley changed under warranty after the cicak sound is so clearly heard. - - - Updated - - - IMHO, during adverse condition (i.e. hard driving and start-stop traffic), the engine suffer a lot of stress.
