They took out the whole dashboard what parts associated to it and after a month in the hospital the car is finally okay apart from interior scratches in which I asked them to replace it..FYI I paid 3 visits to them with the first 2 failing to address the issue and yes it created more issues haha. This happened 5 months ago and now I'm getting new noises coming from the dashboard area and I think my steering column plastic cover where there signal stalks come into is causing some rattling noise over uneven roads. Got 3.9k before BSRI time and hopefully the noise gets more evident so I can demo it to them for rectification...Your E60 was a CKD model or its a CBU one?</blockquote>
