geoffrey lee....TQVM. i noticed the gauge on the meter on petrol consumption per 100km. trick is to keep it to the minimum where possible. Example when the car is heading down hill and you let go of the accelerator the car will still take you some distance. There is somewhat a powerwheel that just keeps the car going even if you let go of the accelerator-momentum force. So learn to keep your feet off when it is time to do so. The previous Aussie owner gulped 13.5L per 100km. I brought it down to 10/100 hoping to get lower. Driving style has impact and off course maintenance lah....
