I agree they matter to other road users, but what I meant is even if you fixed it up right, JPJ guys would have no way of knowing. And I am sure they also have no way of testing 4500K or 6000K or 8000K. All they will see are white lights and check if they are add-ons (i.e. not OEM). All the facts and figures in the world won't help in that dark corner by the roadside when you're rushing to get somewhere and the JPJ officer is bugging you. Only 1 thing will help you get off quickly....and we all know what that is....
