Welcome welcome. I also own an 2003 CKD E39 520i. Like you mention, there're plenty of sour times especially when I got her 4 years ago.

Only sweet times once all the sour lemons discarded replaced with strawberries :4:

That sounds like a GREAT deal bro, I got my engine alone last December and it cost me RM12k inclusive of labour and all service.

Yup yup good deal...but I just rebuilt my gearbox last year which cost me 8k with 2years warranty.... So I guess I just live with it for awhile before upgrading... Definitely will upgrade .... I've racunned myself haha
