First of, Julian is not claiming for the purchase money back but reimbursement due the sold to him. The issue in contention is the costs of repairing the engine as i believe that he was informed before hand that the car did not require any major repair. Since the engine is now needed to be overhauled, i cautiously believe that any pros here would be agree that it is a major repair/service done to the engine/car itself. Julian may still have a case there</blockquote>
