What a load of hoopls you are hearing from the shop!!! All tires, any brand for that matter should not behave as such... There are lots to look at here, imho. One is that the tires needs to be balanced, both off and on wheel. Alignment is another. Look into these two first and work your way into other things like bushings etc [this may be a long shot, but I've known of some cases where worn bushings were the culprit]. Hope you get this sorted out soon and do keep us posted on your corrective solution.
