It became worse when I had to go outstation and left the car not started for more than 5 days. Same thing, RPM was like yours. And the symptoms disappeared when the engine is running at normal temperature.Initially i ignored it, until after 2 months when my Check Engine Light suddenly turned on with the vibration. Finally found out my ignition coil in Pod 5 was the cause. Ended up changing the coil at #5 and the all the spark plugs. However, around one month after changing the new coil, slight vibration started to be felt again (and check engine light came on again). Finally sent to Auto Bavaria, and wot they did was just reset my adaptations and now no more problem. They said I just need to drive the car more often.</blockquote>
