If the accident has not damaged too much of the front end you will be able to salvage most of the parts you need for the conversion. The list you provided pretty much covers the major parts. The gearbox would consist of just that, the Gearbox. But of course you will need the shifter train or links, which connects the gear shifter (handle/knob) to the shifting mechanism in the gearbox. Some of the smaller things you may need are the centre console which is different for the manual. Does your friend have parts he would want to let go to a fellow E30 owner?
