If you don't have that cut-out, you don't have headlight washers.It's only the law in countries where there's winter, and where they spread salt/grit on the roads when it ices over, cos that stuff gets on your headlights and really diffuses the white xenon lights (more so than normal hologens).If you do have it, it is automatic when you pull your wiper lever towards you, ie. wash mode.</blockquote>
