headlight conversion

Hi..i'm new here..i've just bought e46 2001/2006 which clocked only 35,000km for 89k. problem: I want to change the headlight to the new version (2002 onwards model). Question: how much, will there be any problem that may arise from the conversion, where to do it...appreciate any input...khairul:::

Conversion includes changing fender & bonnet. Not just headlight.
