Sifus..I recently replaced my driver side headlight bulb and after 3 days it burned out and when i checked the fuse box, found one of the fuse melted. I was thinking that there is some wiring issues. I can't seem to find any wires contacting with each other.. Any ideas what i should look for before replacing a new bulb n fuse?:hmmmm2:

Open and dismantle the headlight first, if everything is fine, check all the wiring that connected to the headlight and follow the path...

it was indeed an open circuit... Problem solved.. thanks yazmeen

????? Open circuit is the cause of the problem????

Open circuit mean no contact. No contact mean no current flow. No current flow means no heat generated.

As far as I know, loose contact will cause heat generated, which will cause cause the fuse to melt
which will cause cause the open circuit.
