Message: <blockquote data-quote="BlackCat" data-source="post: 26196" data-attributes="member: 565"><p>Every year, the month of August comes with it the anniversary of the country's independance day. Likewise, every 23rd day of August brings about the anniversary of the Club's formalization under Section 7 of the Societies Act of 1966. The past years [with addition of those 'fomation' years pre formalization] has seen the Club's transformation and also its fair share of tribulations. As in life, one has to go through life's experiences to learn and savour, and hopefully, mature into adulthood. I am confident, with the right minds, attitude and fortitude of all, members and non-members alike; and with the committee leading the way with integrity and vision, the journey would be pleasant and the destination to be proud of, looking back one fine day. I like to say my thanks to the founding members and all those that fromed the initial 'group' for their insight and dedication in getting us to where we are now. My special thanks to Kahar for his unselfish efforts in getting the Club registered [which was a mean feat those days]! To the present members, non-members and the committee, have a great August celebration as I am sure our committee would have some aces up their sleeves.
