We need to stick the bulb base to the socket, if we cut the bulb base, then the surface is reduce so it might not secure when there is pothole. I have the experience which the bulb fall down before. We need to use the super duper glue to get them stick together otherwise u will see the light is shaking (in case your headlight adjuster is not broken).You will still see the shadow even your car is not near to any object. The "+" mark become bigger so the shadow still there.</blockquote>
