GPS DVD for Japan Spec

Dear Sifu's, could anyone help me, i would like to know whether any Japan Spec e60 cd that can use the DVD rom in the car and use the navigation system?....1. How do i get the dvd if it can work here in malaysia.2. How much is the price of the dvd?3. do i need to upgrade any other boards or anything else..

my experience japan spec e60 will have to deal with the etc card 1st located at ur boot.then u can deal with the dvd
