Good BMW authorised workshops

Now...I know we don't have much choice on this...but care to share your knowledge and experience of any good service centres/workshops sanctioned by our dear BMW Malaysia?Key factors - getting things right the first time with total customer satisfaction and without much intervention? (Seriously speaking...is this really that hard to ask/achieve?)

you could try looking at this thread for some of the workshop used by the forummer. It have been discussed before.. As for authorised workshop, basically all the authorised workshop should be the same as their service are closely monitored by BMW Malaysia. Suggust that you keep to authorised workshop if you car is still under warranty.

Good Luck in your hunt for the good workshop. As for me, I used M1 at Segambut even though I stay in Klang (now in JB).

by the way, what is an e83 model????

Of all the authorised BMW service centres nationwide (all of which pretty much suck anyway)....which are the ones you would recommend (top of the bottom of the list)? Heard AB Sg. Besi is quite ok....any comments?
