Getting More Bass In A Z3.

Hi. :burnout::rock: Any gurus here can share some pointers on how to get better bass out of the Z3 with the limited boot space and puny little stock speakers? The thinny bass coming from the back of my seats are rather uninspiring...

Hi gcarch, trunks of convertible are well insulated ( sound wise ) due to extra compartment and the roof ! Sound transfer from the trunk will be very inefficient. Mine is a E36 Cabrio and I installed an active subwoofer ( flat type ) in the car . Check if you have space to instal one .

Hi Lennon,

I think the only place that may be able to fit one is actually upfront;- Passenger glove box. I was thinking of changing all my speakers to better ones...eg: MTX/Nakamichi/Rockford etc...Might be able to give better range and depth coupled with a 2 channel amp? I need beefier notes coming from my bassy tunes.
