I've tested a lot of E46 mainly 325 but failed to amaze me compare to E36 feel. 325 stereng feel light except for the SMG version. But I worried on the SMG gearbox. Then few fren advice to test 328. wow.. totally diff stereng feel not to mention the torque. Obviously dun ask me bout 330. Since I already got 528 that time cant really afford 330 roadtax so settle for 328 even Jeremy Clarkson testified it. Actually if u guys spent some time browsing the forum u can find a lot of info on these issue discussed many times. No need to ask everytime u have any doubt or problem. My advice go for the highest cc you can afford along the budget of the car.Power doesn't comes cheap & BMW is not cheap to maintain. At the end of the day its still up to you coz u gonna pay for it. For 2.8 rdtax is not too high everytime you need the power. The most I'll go is 3.0 as more than that is quite high. hope this helps.</blockquote>
