Currently having an aging f10 and am thinking of getting the new X5 45e or 530e which are both hybrids. I got some feedback that the hybrids have some reliability issues - more problems to repair and more visits to the service center, etc.. Though there is 5 years BSRI, I would rather have something thats more trouble free. I wanted to get some feedback from BMW hybrid owners out there - do you find that the hybrid is reliable ? or are you having to make more visits to the service center ?I'm hoping to use the feedback to decide if I should just go for petrol version rather than hybrid (even though the incentives make the hybrid good value).Thanks in advance.
