It's due to cracked crank case vent pipe, running from valve cover to oil separator. I suspect the timing was not set properly. So, I'll continue troubleshooting tomorrow. I will feedback once I've found the root cause.</p><p></p><p>As for the Vanos grinding noise, I felt that gradually it is getting lesser and lesser.
