The current F30 currently using 225/45/18 ... That's pretty tall for BMW standard and i suspect the dynamics will be much improve if using a lower sidewall like 35 or 40 series. But still i'm impressed with the driving dynamics and the upcoming M-Sport version will sure improve those areas no less.
