RFTs are hard so you will feel every single bump on the road unless you switch it out for non-RFT. I'm currently using non-RFT and its way better in ride comfort and the road noise is reduced.As for the bouncy ride you will need to change to the after market suspension to solve it. You may search in this forum about it as its a widely known issue. We're hoping the stock suspension in the LCI F30 coming later this year will sort things out. The Comfort and Sport modes does nothing to the suspension unless you buy the 328i M-Sport which has adaptive suspension.For interior noise its a never ending battle. I have squeaky front seats and I need to apply leather cream to stop the noise. If you have other noises that aren't supposed to be there then your best bet is to demo it to the SC techies and have them solve it for u. It took me 3-4 visits to the workshop for them to iron out all the interior noise and settle some other issues with the car.</blockquote>
