I'm using a 316i too and I can tell you after owning it for 1.5 years my sussy feels like crap when I take it on uneven roads..as if the system does not absorb the shock enough so I feel all the vibrations.As for the difference...none I think. The 320d M-Sport setup has a passive M-Sport sussy and the 328i M-Sport setup has adaptive system. The only difference I can make out is @ the front where the 320i engine is heavier hence BMW had to do some minor adjustments to the setup...but I could be wrong.</blockquote>
