F10 Sat Nav update - UK to SE Asia Map

Hi there everyone,

Was wondering if anyone has experience in updating a recon Sat Nav system for an import car to a SE Asia map?

Can anyone recommend a ICE or BMW specialist who can do this?

From my understanding, it involves uploading the map through the USB drive and then validating it through a purchased "activation code". Any feedback appreciated.

I did post an update to this a little while back, but when the forum was reloaded to backup, think it wiped my previous update.

Anyhow, can confirm i got this upgraded pretty easy, cost around 300 and was a current map (from last year) and includes Singapore and Thailand on it too. I used Pete's Car Audio & Accessories down in Subang (used to be in PJ) who i've used previously, he's extremely honest and knowledgeable and highly recommended.

Yes bro. Got myself a recond Japan Spec F10 528i last March. No luck with 535i i guess. Btw, alignment buat kat mana recommended bro?

Congrats bro! Alignment in KL varies based on preference. Most members frequent:
1. MPS Sunway (now Manji setup up on his own, behind old MPS)
2. Speedline Kota Damansara
3. some old school shop still doing it manually in OKR, cant remember the name tho, old man doing it
4. another in Glenmarie.... Autopex
