When idling, it sounds like and old car with noisy low tone (brrrrr) from the exhaust. Talked to few mechanics and friends and they all suggested the exhaust system. So poor me went to the exhaust shop. Immediately they pointed out few leaks and cracks at the muffler and the middle thing (I believe its the catalytic converter). Recommended to change both so I eagerly did at RM7++. Disappointingly, not much improvement. Btw, its local parts but that exhaust shop told me its for E30 320i and I could see the "320i" stamp on the new muffler. I've compared my sound to other standard exhaust E30 and they sounds very much quiter than mine. So please any suggestion? Any Sifus willing to have a look at my car? The point is, I'd like to make my E30 as quite as possible. (my wife told me she could hear it from far when I come back from work).Thanks in advance,Ayek</p></blockquote><p></p>
