I have to pay deposit 10% in order for him to proceed with shipment, and gave me 14 days upon arrival to inspect the car. If i decided to reject, the deposit will be refunded.Question: Is this a safe transaction? anybody here have try buy/selling in this manner? I dont feel comfortable paying a deposit for a car that i can only view in a photo..</p></blockquote><p></p>
