Evidences can be deemed inadmissible if they were not obtained according to proper procedure. Anyway, as for this Eric Chia case, the truth is out there...

same goes for Abdul Razak Baginda's case. the whole world is watching this case. if he is aquitted!, what would the world think about malaysia's judicial system.

the courts have certain procedures to adhere to, it is the prosecution's case which when presented to the courts are not in order..then the courts have no choice but to rule judgement..there is a possibility that these evidences have been doctored so as to get the courts to aquit. the courts are just doing their job

well, we shall wait and see whats the outcome then...

-the rich will get richer, and the poor will get poorer...so to say-

we all know how it works here in Malaysia.. we as road users also know how easy it is to get away with let's say tinted glass, bad HID, modifications, kereta potongs, speeding..you get the point.

what do you mean "...evidence not obtained according to proper procedure?"

either the prosecution is incapable of producing evidence, or
the judge erred and can be biased!

the altantuya case receives prime time attention in singapore, reported everyday in every news session. big news and let's see if malaysia will set a precedent...

VIP always get away with stuff like this..sap sap sui lah..

There are cases where evidences submitted where rejected. Sometimes, prosecution teams do try their luck with some evidences. That's why there is a court and defence team to challenge the evidences submitted. My comment was a general statement...

It's all about knowing how to twist the law but not bending it... ;)

TV shows always got show cases where the prosecution teams lost cases bcos the defence teams found faults within the case. That's why ppl pay big money for good lawyer bcos they know how to nit-pick a fault and turn it to their advantage. Maybe I watched too much TV last time.. hahahha

Of cos, it gets more interesting when you have a big gun involved in a high profile case. However, whatever the commoners like us know may not be what it really is. ;) This happens elsewhere too... We're not even a 'pawn' on the chess board.
