Mine also in that position. It only go lower if i drive early morning with aircon off

Half way mark is absolutley normal. Even in winter my car warms up the engine to that. This is the normal operating temprature for our cars. The thermostat in the cooling system makes sure the engine warms up to this temp and regulates it to keep it up there. If anyone sees it lower then you should change your thermostat. But what ever happens dont let it go into RED.

while the needle is in the central position all the time, you should also take note that the reading there has been heavily buffered. when the engine is started from cold and as the coolant gradually heats up, at 75degC its already at the central point and it gets up till 89degC and its still at the same point. so its a 14degC buffered reading there. all the time the hot engine runs at 89degC. you can see this in yr test mode.

same like mine, but when engine temp not at fully warmed up level.is it normal or our car to rev a lil bit high?

yes while yr engine is trying to warm up the rev is slightly higher. this is because the cold start cct is ON. so when the required coolant temp is reached, it will cease the cold start.
