The trans from the 320i was rebuilt and worked fine, up untill a guy on a CBR 900 RR cliped the entire side from the front fender to the rear fender at around 85mph. I was told that the 318i wiring is different than the 320i, besides the obvious one is 4 and the other is 6 cycl. Is the fuse box wiring also that much different that it would effect the electronic shifting of the trans?, Also the trans found in the 320i jap spec. seem to be a nissan trans, ( RE5R01A) and the 318i was a GM Trans.Any info on trans wiring harnesses for the 320i or any swap info would helpful.</p></blockquote><p></p>
