guys, i missed out one important info..i replaced my K&N cone filter back with ori filter box..so, that might make some diff.. daniel, i refill with shell all the time..so, fuel shouldn't be a problem. I guess. I took my car to my mech and told him my prob, he say it shouldn't be the problem with the fuel pump. Instead, the culprit might be the distributor, Air flow meter or even CO.. then i ask him if it's safe to drive up genting in such condition..and he say it's fine to even drive the car to France if there's the road. furthermore, he ask me to swap back to the K&N cone filter to see if the problem persists..tested it..and yes..the problem is still there, but it doesn't happen as often as before.. Jus to share my experience with you guys, went up genting on sat nite, going up is smooth and can really feel the difference between front wheel drive vehicle, with some jerking (the prob), the car is more willing to rev after pushing it a few times. Managed to maintain around 65-70kmh while going uphill..at certain corners, juz need to engage to 2nd gear compared to the cars i've driven which uses the 1st.. The jerking happens more often while going downhill..therefore, kinda scary.. Best of all is knowing that my 22 year old car still manages up and down genting with not much of a problem..UDM rocks.. cheers
