Diagnosed it and done with K&S Auto at USJ 1. Cost will not exceed 5k. Need to replace the valve seal as it is wear and tear item. The consumption of engine oil is high as I need to do the 1 liter top up every week. Once you have decided to do, it is highly recommended to change the engine oil sensor and check all the common potential leak such as vacuum pump, profile gasket, valve cover, and most labour intensive one which is oil sump gasket. These issues are quite common for > 4 years old E90, especially the 4 potter</blockquote>
