With recommendation from few SIFU here, I repaired my damaged plugs socket using Heli Coil Heli Coil

However it can't hold the combustion pressure at that particular cylinder which lead to burnt plug and damaged coil. There an better alternative which called Time-Sert

Hope you can show me the way.. Thanks

Ask Ah Wah from MSpeed Tmn Mayang. he gave me 2 options last time - send to the machine he knows or change engine. I changed engine as he recommends the 2nd option. My threads were very badly damaged and it seem that this machine shop was willing to try

bro AS,
helicoil insert repairs works well if it does not involve pressure or vacuum as it is not meant to provide sealing properties.
the time serts shud fare better but both repairs shud be a heads off repair as the machined swarf will definitely fall into the conbustion chamber during drilling.

sorry no leads to a shop that does this....but generally all the machine shops will be able to do this repair...

Look like my only option is to remove the head for machine shop to repair the plug socket.

Will Timesert able to hold the combustion pressure? Its is extremely high pressure there bro! I hope it will work for you. Do share with us the result.

Bro, since I send my car for a top overhaul so the engine head was repaired with similar methods at a machine shop. So far it hold the pressure.
