M-Techik is 25mm front and 15mm rear.  Very practical lowering and I have yet to face bottoming out issues or hitting the bump stop on the M-techs.  Only downsides for the M-Techs is the longevity of the shocks...  They are getting a little soft already for me (4+ yrs tho) and I hear that its quite typical for the bimmer.Not sure how long the Eibach shocks last.  But most folks fit the eibach springs against stock shockers, which is still comfy, but the stock shockers KO even faster!</blockquote>
