[QUOTE="Morganl, post: 297804, member: 13931"] I'd got my 1st windscreen crack on my 2nd day driving my new baby at 140km/h and an Audi A4 pass through me and 'donated' me a piece of stone as well. Called AB and they advice to patch the mirror rather than claim it (RM 4k) as I wouldn't be able to insure the windscreen policy again for the rest of the year. Patch job was charged at RM 80, and it only left a hole as big as a needle (which you can only see it if you look for it carefully). However, as I recall correctly previously when I was driving a Toyota and got a windscreen crack, I was able to claim it immediately and then insured it back within the same insurance coverage year, so is this windscreen claim policy varies according to insurer or according to car type and price range? Anyway, moral behind the story, beside don't go cucuk SUV/MPV, don't let an Audi overtake u, die die oso must win the race next time, even if it's only the 2nd day of driving your new baby...
