E90 Left Rear Light Error

Hi All. I am driving a E90 320d year 2011 LCI. Recently, my car iDrive indicated that my left rear light faulty and need to be replace. I have check with one of the accessories shop and found the issue that my rear light bar on the left are not working. They mentioned that it will cost me about RM900 to have the whole light (one side) change.

Would like to know if there is any alternative or do I need to change the whole light?
