Update #6: ========== Guess what... the car is ...... still in my parking bay.... :( The flatbed car came 90 mins after the mobile technician left, and we spent the next 1 hour figuring how to move the E90 BECAUSE THE STERLING IS LOCKED!!!!! Then the flatbed car operator told me that there is nothing that he can do (including jacking the car and moving the direction as that would damage the component under the E90). According to him, he had towed M5, X6, etc, none of those latest model has any problem like this, so this must be due to the older technology been used on E90 that is causing this gridlock issue. So, the gridlock situation is like this: 1. They can't solve the sterling lock issue nor start the car without the neccessary equipments in the workshop 2. The flatbed tow car can't tow the car because the sterling is locked 3. The car can't go to the workshop unless it's been towed by the tow car So.... my options are: A. Leave the car as it is in the parking bay until the warranty expire and just throw the car away B. Initiate a demolish request on my apartment so that the tow car can come in and tow away what is left of the E90 that wasn't destroyed during the demolition activity. The benefits of Option A is that you can save on petrol, tolls and parking and enjoy a stress free view of your car exclusively just in your own parking bay, and you wouldn't ever need to worry about additional faulty parts nor services and repair associated with a BMW ANYMORE EVER IN YOUR LIFE!!!! The benefits of Option B is that you get to enjoy a huge bang sound and the spectacular view of a building been brought down to it's own knees right in front of your own eyes (not through some TV reality documentary show), this is a once in a lifetime opportunity here!!!!! So, ladies and gentlemen, what would be your ultimate selection? Cast you votes now while I'm still waiting for the Manager on duty to be back from his/her 'break'!!!!
