It happen to my 2006 325i also and it only happens when the engine cools down a little. When its really hot it doesn't vibrate. I thought it was normal when my Mechanic tested the car after changing my absorbers. He said might have to change the spark plugs. So since plugs have something to do with engine, better send to Ingress. At Ingress they said plugs not due yet and its cost 1k to change all 6. Why waste money when they are not due. Confuse.... i had to take action in my own hands and went to Bavarian Auto to ask about the plugs. Cost RM28 each for Bosch Platinum, so bought all of them and went to Mechanic to change the plugs, Cost RM35 for labour. He even resetted the OBC reading for plugs. When he removed the plugs, i got a shock as they were all burn at the head and also around the white area. Now my ride doesn't vibrate anymore and it is lighter on the pedal. Maybe you can try this as its only a small investment for R&D. The KM reading on my OBC is 72k.
