I don't know if your gearbox is kaput but if yours is an E90 LCI 323i then it uses a GM gearbox that is much more reliable than the pre LCI E90 323i that uses a ZF gearbox. The problems with E90 gearbox due to ZF mechatronic faults which can happen at 30k but usually around 50 to 60k mileage.Best thing is still go back to Ingress or Wearnes and ask them to check, at same time give them a letter detailing your complain and c.c. to BMW Malaysia. This was you can be sure they will take your complain very seriously......</blockquote>
