E90 320i brake pedal hard

Hi guy my car brake become hard suddenly after start the car then after few meter become normal.what should be the cost any idea

Just now try to start the car ok but the brake still very hard to press what's the problem.pls help

Yes astroboy the vacuum pump failure.just change the new vacuum pump my self now the brake fill much better later will update some pictures the most difficult part is to remove the three pump screw

Did u open up the pump to check how it failed? Was it just a rubber seal?

Yes I open up the pump n see inside the oring is flat and oil is leaking from housing.but when I turn the shaft the vane not touching the pump housing this may course the pump cannot create good vacuum that y I change new pump.after change new pump brake fill much lighter n very easy to start the car in the morning.

So the pump can't be fixed? I went to workshop and kena RM600 for labor and parts..

Consider very cheap because I buy the pump alone rm 550 but your's complete with installation rm600 bzc to take out the pump not very easy job.the reason I like to do myself is I fell more confident when I fixed
