E71 Speedometer part

Hi all sifu here,I just came back from a recon car showroom, and I'm keen in buying the X6 3.0 UK spec.One thing that I really don't like is the UK car's speedometer is a bit messy (with large MPH at the outer ring, which is useless in Malaysia, and the KPH is so small that I might use magnifying glass while driving :motz.My question is can I change the speedometer disc?
