E60 year 2004 -2005 or 2006 -2007 Mfg??

Im newbies.. really want to buy this e60. Read some issue from some website and forum.. really need advice from otai-otai in this Club. Which mfg is more better to buy? M54 and N52... which one is more reliable for low and save budget maintainance..maybe i need some performance to..looking for 525i model.. which year made is more better?

Need advice from abang2 Bimmers here...
